Waves of Hydra's Angel '98 Knit Skirt is easy and comfortable. This tube skirt has an elastic waist and straight cut. It can be worn high or low on the waist, depending on where you want the hem to fall. It's made out of a super soft melange sweater knit fabric, perfect for pairing with tights and a sweater all winter long.
