Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times:

We ship out packages multiple times a week, usually within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from our Ottawa shop. We always provide tracking information as soon as the order is shipped. 

We do our best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but are pretty darn close:

Within Canada:
Official stance of the post office: 2 weeks or less
In our experience: 1-2 days for Ontario/Quebec
Usually around 1 week for anything further

Local orders:

If you are in Ottawa, you can choose to have your order shipped, or you may choose In-Store Pick-Up or Local Delivery by Courier. In-Store Pick-Up orders can be picked up anytime during our business hours which you can find here. You will get a confirmation e-mail once your order is ready to be picked up, often on the same day, but this can take 1-3 days depending on the volume of orders to be processed. 

Local Delivery by bike courier is offered in partnership with Ottawa-based zero-emissions Veloz for a flat fee of 11$. All Local Delivery orders will be delivered next business day by bike courier service, and you will receive text or email updates once your order is picked up. In some instances, same day courier delivery is possible at no extra charge, but please send us an email at notrevictoire@gmail.com if you require this.

USA:
Official stance of the post office: 3 weeks or less
In our experience: 1-2 weeks for East Coast & Central, 2-3 weeks for West Coast

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
**Please note, packages CAN be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen.**

International:
Official stance of the post office: 2-6 weeks
In our experience: UK packages are the fastest to arrive, usually arriving in about 1 week. Australia is the longest, taking up to 8 weeks, but usually around 4. Delivery to many countries depends on the host country's postal system, and can vary greatly within the 2-8 week time frame.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Yes, we can still accept exchanges even during the lockdown. If you're located in Ottawa, you can return it during our curbside pick-up days (Tuesday to Saturday from 11-4). We just kindly ask that you email us beforehand so we can sort any difference in payment if necessary beforehand and set aside your exchange ahead of your visit. If there's nothing piquing your interest at the moment, we can issue an online gift card which you can use anytime.

If something you've ordered from us online isn't quite right, we happily offer refunds, including all sale merchandise. Simply email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us with tags attached, and send us the tracking number of the returned parcel within 10 days of initially receiving the package.

If you are exchanging your return for another size or store credit, we are more than happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us. If you are returning your order for a refund, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the return we will issue the store credit or refund. Refunds should show up in your account in 3-5 business days. 

Items purchased in store however are not eligible for refunds as there has been the opportunity to touch, feel and try on the garment. We are happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with receipt and tags attached.

If shipping items back to us from the U.S., please use the U.S Postal Service and select "Returned Goods".

We also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I keep trying to add an item to my cart but nothing is happening. What's going on?

A: Sometimes this happens when a size or product is no longer in stock but it has not been taken out of our system yet. We are working really hard to be on top of this as soon as something sells out, however we are a small team and sometimes it doesn't get done right away. Just shoot us an email and we will check our stock to see if we still have your size! If we don't, we can always try reordering it for you.

I'm unsure about what size I wear in some of your lines or have a fit question, how do I find this info?

A:We try to list size charts unique to each of our designers, but if you are ever unsure just send us an email and we are happy to offer our advice! We can take the measurements/try it on/give our estimate of the best size for you to quell any worry you have!

Can I purchase something online and pick it up at one of your locations?

A: Yes! Select "In Store Pick-Up" at Checkout and choose your most convenient location. It will be transferred there for you and we will notify you when it arrives! Shipping is always free for this option.

I saw something on your Instagram, but I can't find it online. How can I buy it?

A: We don't always have time to shoot "proper" pictures of everything we have in-store for the webstore. But if something you saw on Instagram is piquing your interest, send us an email and we'll send ya more pictures or answer any questions you have!

My tracking number isn't working, what's going on?

There is sometimes a bit of a delay between when your order is packed and the shipping label is created (that's when we send you your tracking number), and when our Canada Post pick-up arrives (usually the next day), AND THEN when the postie actually scans it into their system (they sometimes do this on down times). If you wait a day before checking your tracking number, it will usually be active then.

Something I just ordered yesterday at full price is now on sale! Can I get the sale price?

Yes! If this occurs, shoot us an email, and we'll issue you the price difference in store credit, as long as:

* Your order was placed within 5 days of the item(s) going on sale.

* You purchased the item(s) at the original price. We cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.
