Eve Gravel's Blair Dress is form-fitting and flirty! This dress has tank straps, a sweetheart neckline and a tie around the waist. It zips up the back and has a straight cut with a hem that hits just above the knee. The illustrated black-and-white print would look great on its own, or styled with a jean jacket.
