These mitts are a cruelty free fur product. The rabbits are feeding for the fur, they will be shaved for twice a year, using the fur to be knitted with wool and acrylic to make the special yarn.

Simply email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us with tags attached, and send us the tracking number of the returned parcel within 14 days of initially receiving the package. We will provide you with a shipping label to send it back. (Canadian orders only). Refunds are no longer offered.
