New Valerie Dumaine!

It's been an exciting last few weeks at Victoire with new arrivals coming in nearly everyday--my favourite task has been opening the boxes and ogling the new clothes and jewellery that await. Among these various boxes was the new collection from Valerie Dumaine, a collection so beautiful and timeless (no surprise there!) that we've been in absolute awe at the shop! Now, to have a look at a few of the beautiful new pieces. 
Here, we have the Fern dress--availble in black and sage. 

Effortlessly chic, this dress features pockets and an intricate pleat at the front of the dress. 

I love the cuffed sleeve and neckline of this dress. There are so many subtle and intricate details on this traditionally simple silhouette that make for a dress that feels special and that is seamlessly executed. 

Also, have a look at the back of the dress! This slit works well with the longer length of the dress and is an additional beautiful detail that Valerie Dumaine is known for. 

 

This is the Daffodil top!

This top is 65% cotton and 35% polyester--making for an exteremly lightweight and comfortable top. Imagine this paired with a pair or jeans or fancy trousers! ohlala!

Again, the neckline on this blouse is beautiful and flattering.

Lastly, this is the Laurel dress!

 

Simple and sexy, Valerie Dumaine never fails to deliver on the most perfect little black dress. 

A draped top balances out the super fitted skirt, giving the dress a relaxed ease. The longer t-shirt sleeve and knee length hem contrast against the overall sultry vibe of this LBD. 

You could definitely get away with wearing this dress to work and after-work drinks! It pairs beautifully with a bold necklace or earrings!
