Summer is not technically over, but fall stock is coming into the shops at a breakneck pace. In the last week alone, we've received huge boxes filled with new Birds of North America, Valerie Dumaine, Darling and Betina Lou. And trust me: this is just the beginning.

It's gotten a bit chillier in Toronto in the last couple days (a collective "WTF?" can be heard across the city) but what is so great about many of the fall pieces we have currently is that they work for slightly chillier summer days and transition nicely into fall. Here are a few of those pieces that allow you to access the best things about fall collections (the colours, the textures) while still giving you a bit of flexibility weather-wise (i.e. short sleeves or sleeveless pieces!). This is also a perfect time of year to shop because we have full size runs of garments. Weee!
Birds of North America Meadowlark dress, $206. Available in burgundy at 129 Ossington and Dalhousie, with navy version available at Westboro location.

Victoire gals reunited (and photobombed, it turns out)! Our Ottawa love Ula posing with Amber, who is wearing this sexy wine-coloured (with black detailing) Valerie Dumaine Clara dress, $205. Available at all three locations and online soon!
And here is great wooly 60s style minidress with a stand up collar from Valerie Dumaine.
Valerie Dumaine Poppy dress, $199. Available at all 3 locations and online soon.
So this is your first look! The blog is gonna be chock-full of new pieces over the coming weeks so be sure to check back. But if you really wanna know what is happening, you should pop into one into the stores to see (and feel) for yourself.
