Forestière Forever

Minerva Necklace, $90.
 Forestière is the independant fibre studio of self-taught artist and designer Sara K. MacLellan. Born and raised in Northern Ontario, she now resides in the Ottawa Valley where the northern landscape she grew up with influences her current art practice.

Demeter Necklace, $120.
 One crazy, admirable thing to know about this talented lady is that in addition to creating a line of beautifully crafted fibre based accessories, Sara is currently a PhD candidate in Art History at McGill University. No big deal. There's no stopping this lady! That being said, her work is informed by her scholarly background in the visual and liberal arts.
