Valerie Dumaine
Valérie Dumaine (1977–2025) was a key figure in Canadian and Quebec fashion. The Montreal-born designer was known for her minimalist, structured style, as well as for her ethical and sustainable approach. An ardent advocate of “slow fashion” since starting her line in 2003, she made it her mission to create timeless collections made entirely in Canada from materials that were both durable and comfortable. Her career spanned more than 20 years, and her designs have been sold across the country, as well as in the United States and Japan. If you are looking for a classic little black dress, the perfect work wardrobe piece or a cozy sweater with interesting detailing, look no further.
Proceeds from these already-discounted items will be donated to the Fonds Valérie Dumaine (in Memoriam), which aims to support cancer research as well as the provision of palliative and end-of-life care focused on compassion and dignity.
