When Rose designed this skirt she wanted the feeling of Pierrot, but in a modern way. This is a midi length skirt featuring an elastic at the waist and bottom for an easy and comfortable fit. Made from men's shirting cotton and has front pockets! The fabric is black with small dots and squares. This skirt is a statement, but it's actually a really easy piece for your wardrobe!
