Birds of North America's Winter Chippy Dress is an updated version of their long-running Gallinule cut. It has the same vintage-inspired fit-and-flare cut you know and love, but is made new with a wider neckline, elbow-length sleeve and longer hem. It's made from a gorgeous printed cotton that's sure to add some fun no matter where you rock it!
