Valerie Dumaine celebrates 10 years!

We've been trumpeting our 7 year anniversary like it's a pretty big deal...which it is, to us, and to most small businesses - but we've gotta give it up to Valerie Dumaine who is celebrating 10 BIG ONES this year! We've been carrying Valerie's pieces since our very early days, so it is so great to still see her, getting stronger and stronger with each year and with her following at our shop growing with each year.

In honour of this 10th anniversary, she has gone over her archives from the past 20 seasons, and tweaked a few of her best-sellers from past seasons.

Among those 10th anniversary pieces are the following styles. If you missed your chance with them in their first incarnation, now's your chance! They're a true testament to how timeless Valerie Dumaine pieces are.

Remember the famous Jean dress? It became kindof a classic at the shop here, as we kept on ordering it from Valerie season after season in new colours and fabrics. It was a runaway hit the likes of which we'd never seen before. Well meet the Ryo - her updated tweak on the Jean. The pleating in the front has been updated with sleeker criss-crossing folds, and the not-quite-so-plunging back now allows it to be worn easily with a bra.
