Guys. This week-end is going to be NUTS. I think it might be our busiest/funnest week-end of the Summer potentially.

For one, there is a fundraiser for Ottawa Rock Camp for Girls at House of Targ on Thursday night in Ottawa. (There will be some Ross Proulx designed tees available for sale! This is the last of the bunch - limited edish people!) That same night in Toronto, our Ossington shop is hosting a launch party for new brand Kilambi.

Then Friday night, we kick off the Vintage dress sale with the White Elephant gals from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Dalhousie shop. Thennnnnnnnn there's a Beyonce night at Babylon that we are proudly co-sponsoring (of course).

And like that's just Thursday & Friday. That's not even true blue week-end really.

Saturday is when the fun really hits the fan (this is a new expression I made up). We've got the Vintage dress sale from 10:00-6:00 p.m. Super fun time, dress insanity, gems from the 50s & 60s - you know the deal. It's not to be missed. You know it, we know it, we all love it and have the best time.

THEN, we just so happen to be throwing the perfect party to WEAR all these lovely new dresses from 7:00-10:00 p.m. at the Dalhousie shop. It's the Worn Archive Book Launch Party - we're celebrating with vintage tunes & stiff drinks. DJ Gina Vinelli will be on deck, and like popcorn kernels under your shoes, she makes you slip and slide and you just can't help but fall all over yourself. Her mix of soul loving jams, garage rock bangers, and b-sides after b-sides of obscure and local hits will get a rise out of the whole room.

That's right, the Wornettes are heading to Ottawa! It'll be an evening of cocktails, vintage tunes, and all-around-revelling for the release of The Worn Archive. Did you happen to hear Worn-editor-in-pants Serah-Marie on Q last week?? It was a great interview and we cannot wait to party with them!

Oh yeah, and amidst all this craziness one of our best friends might have a baby. Whoooooooooo!!

I will be stocking up on Rock Star energy drinks, and I suggest you do the same.
