Featuring 3/4 gathered balloon sleeves and a romantic peter pan collar so you can live out your indie girl walking through the park fantasies! Iridescent buttons run down the front of the blouse to a slightly rounded hem which sits at the hip for a truly flattering and comfortable fit.
