Private Shopping Appointment

We are currently only taking 1 appointment per time slot to ensure that both our customers and staff feel comfortable. (This means you'll have the entire shop to yourself!) You are however permitted to bring one other person to shop with you during your appointment, however we kindly ask that you let us know in advance, and that you not bring any children under the age of 16.

A reminder of our new in-person shopping rules:
• Please stay home if you are feeling unwell. We will be asking the same of all staff.
• You may shop with someone else from your “pod” during your appointment, please notify us beforehand that you will be bringing someone. However, we respectfully ask not to bring your children at this time.
• Please social distance once inside the shop.
• Thorough hand sanitizing is required upon entry and exit. We have many sanitizer stations throughout the shop so you may continue to hand sanitize in the shop as needed.
• Our staff will be wearing masks and we require customers to do the same.
• Change rooms and surfaces will be sanitized between customers.
• Clothing tried on but not purchased will be quarantined for 72 hrs and steamed before being returned to the racks. Please take this into consideration before trying on a garment.
• We will only be accepting debit & credit, no cash.

Our parcels ship from our Ottawa shop within 3 business days. On rare occasions it can take longer, but we'll inform you of the delay by email if so! Shipping for jewelry and smaller items within Canada tends to be $8.00, unless the item qualifies for free shipping. Your detailed shipping cost will be shown to you upon check out. We ship Expedited with Canada Post, if you require Priority shipping please email us. Local customers can also choose Local Delivery at the check-out for next business day courier delivery by Veloz. (In some instances, we may even be able to courier your order on the same business day, please email us if this is what you require). You'll receive text or email updates as soon as your order is picked up and on its way. HOLIDAY ONLINE RETURN POLICY: Gifts purchased in November & December can be returned for exchange or store credit until January 7th, 2021. All other details are in our Terms and Conditions.
