Jennifer Glasgow's Cielo Top is the piece of our dreams: a warm weather turtleneck! Made out of a ribbed modal blend, this top has short sleeves, a mock neck collar and waist-length hem. This is a great basic to add for its versatility. Pair it on its own with jeans or shorts, or style it underneath a summer dress or jumpsuit for an extra layer.
