Birds of North America's Millerbird Dress is giving us visions of Mad Men! Feel like Peggy or Joan with this '60s-inspired work dress. It has short sleeves and an above-the-knee hem, but the cutest part is definitely the folded scoop neck detail. Pair with tights and boots and get to work!
