The Billy Tee by Ursa Minor is our newest go-to top this season! The Billy is intended to be the cousin of the Leona Cropped Sweater Ursa Minor created last fall winter season. The Billy is crafted from a thick pre-washed cotton jersey featuring cute elbow length bell sleeves. It's intentionally oversized and so comfy, we know you'll find yourself wearing the Billy over and over again!
